About Cherque Farm

Cherque Farm is a residential development situated on the glorious South Coast of England in Lee on the Solent, Hampshire.  Persimmon Homes is the prime developer of the land, but other developers such as Charles Church, Bovis & Wimpey have built properties on the estate.

It is an area of some 100 acres (40 ha) adjoining the Alver Valley which makes up the rural gap between the town of Gosport and Lee-on-the-Solent. Lying on the eastern side of Lee-on-the-Solent, the site has been granted planning permission for 1050 new homes. A new access road forming its eastern boundary will provide links to the main road network, providing separate access to the site and all the adjoining facilities of this coastal location. Opportunity also exists for the extension of existing community facilities and the provision of local shops, open space and a network of greenways linking through to the countryside of the Alver Valley.
